OLYMPIA IS HOME. YOUR SESSION CAN BE CLOSER TO YOU.
Family, newborn, maternity and wedding photography within a 50-mile radius of my Olympia studio. Whether you’re in Lacey, Tumwater, Tacoma or a smaller town in between, let’s find the session and setting that feel right.
A STUDIO SESSION OR A LITTLE ADVENTURE?
My studio is at 3434 Martin Way E, Suite B, Olympia, WA 98506. It’s where we can make styled newborn portraits and studio maternity photographs, with props, wraps, backdrops and the client closet ready for you.
I also travel for family, maternity, lifestyle newborn, wedding and sports photographs. If leaving home with a new baby feels like a lot, we can talk about an in-home session. If everyone needs room to move, an outdoor family session may be a lovely fit.
Coverage is based on a 50-mile straight-line radius. Driving routes may be longer, and each session has its own included-travel allowance. Tell me where you’d like to meet and I’ll explain any additional costs before you book.
LET’S SEE WHERE YOU ARE
Start with your Washington town or community. We’ll use an approximate straight-line distance from the studio, then confirm your exact session location when we chat.
Distances use public place reference points, so a town’s edges may fall on either side of the radius. Road and ferry journeys can be longer. No location is sent or saved by this checker.
LOCAL PHOTOGRAPHY, WITH SOMEONE TO HELP YOU PLAN
Come to the Martin Way studio for newborn or maternity portraits, or let’s choose an outdoor setting for family photographs. If you’re in Lacey or Tumwater, we’ll work out whether a studio visit, an in-home newborn session or a local outdoor session feels easiest for your family.
For families around JBLM, we can plan an Olympia studio session or meet at an agreed outdoor location. If you’re thinking about photographs at home, tell me your town and we’ll talk through timing and travel before booking.
Planning a wedding, gathering your family or celebrating a pregnancy? We can talk about meeting near you or coming to the Olympia studio. Travel arrangements depend on your session, and we’ll agree on the details before you reserve a date.
For newborn photographs, choose between styled studio portraits and a session in the rooms where you’re getting to know your baby. For family and maternity photographs, we’ll discuss the setting, the light and a time that works for the people coming along.
Tell me whether you’re imagining a local outdoor session, photographs in your home or a trip to my Olympia studio. We’ll match the session to your plans and make any travel costs clear, including for locations further along the route.
A 50-mile radius reaches across the Sound as well as along the road. Some journeys are considerably longer than the straight-line distance, so share your actual session location when you enquire. We’ll confirm the route, availability and any travel arrangements together.
These place reference points fall within 50 miles of the studio. Exact addresses and travel terms are confirmed individually.

A COUPLE OF USEFUL DETAILS
Each session has its own travel allowance. Being within the service area means we can discuss a booking there; it doesn’t automatically include all road mileage. I’ll confirm the arrangements before you book.
The studio is in Olympia, off Martin Way. I welcome clients from Lacey and Tumwater, and we can also discuss outdoor or in-home sessions in those areas.
Absolutely. Tell me what you’re imagining, and we’ll discuss a suitable setting and the travel involved. Any necessary location permissions can be planned before we confirm the session.
Send me the details. We can talk about availability and whether a session, studio visit or travel arrangement will work for you.
